What is

Questlandia

A Community of RPG Gamers

Questlandia was developed based on the decades old pastime of family game nights. We here at RPG Storytelling wanted to create a way for as many people as possible to come together as a community of friends and family a couple of times a month and just play games together.

If you enjoy playing games like Dungeons & Dragons, Call of Cthulhu, Warhammer, Star Wars RPG, Pathfinder, Starfinder, or any of the numerous other role-playing games available around the world . . . then we invite you to join us!

If you enjoy watching livestreamed RPG games like Critical Role, High Rollers, MissClicks, Into the Mist, or any of the other RPG streamed games available on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and others . . . then we invite you to join us!

If you have never played in an role-playing game like these before and would like to experience the thrills of creating your own characters, battling your way through dangerous dungeons, fighting off monstrous dragons and other beasts, or just having a not so innocent conversation with the gorgeous person behind the tavern bar . . . then we invite you to join us!

RPG Storytelling is currently seeking adventurers (players & guest game masters) of every genre and game system who would like to join our rotating cast of players on the 2nd & 4th Friday of every month for the Questlandia Game Nights/Days. These games will be livestreamed via the RPG Storytelling Twitch channel and the VOD of the games will be uploaded to our YouTube channel for later viewing for those who missed the livestream or who want to watch the games again and again.

If you are worried about the time commitment needed to play in a Questlandia RPG, let me help put those fears to rest. Unlike a typical RPG campaign which could take years to play, all of the Questlandia games will be One-Shots; meaning you will be able to experience the entire game in a single game session (or 2 or 3, depending on the length of the One-Shot. These complete games will typically be completed within about 4 - 8 hours of gameplay. So there is no need to worry about scheduling out every Friday for the rest of your life just to play these fun and often addicting community games.

And if you are worried about not knowing how to play any of these games, fear not! While some of the games may be geared for higher level characters, all of the Questlandia games will be run according to the experience level of whomever is playing in that game. So, if all of the players in a specific session have a ton of experience, then the game might be run to be more challenging. But if there is even a single player at the table, in a given game session, with little to no experience playing RPG games, or who are unfamiliar with a particular game system (e.g., D&D, Warhammer, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, etc.), then that game will be run as a beginner friendly game where the Game Master and other players will be more than happy to assist in teaching the new player the game or game system.

No matter how you look at it, we here at RPG Storytelling want everyone to have fun exploring the numerous possibilities and adventures that can be found in playing RPGs.
